The first time I went to this clinic I was kind of iffy, but decided to give it a second chance. Called and asked what time they closed because it is Christmas Eve and was told 3. I arrived at the clinic around 1:10 with my daughter, who is four and has a sinus and ear infection. Went to sign in and was told that they weren't taking any more patients because they were "behind". I explained the situation again and asked (because they only had 2 other cars in the parking lot) why they couldn't see my child and was told they had 3 patients in the back and were not seeing anymore patients. There is something MAJORLY wrong if a Nurse Practioner can't see more than 3 patients in an hour and 45 minutes. Will NOT be going back. Plus, to too it all off, the nurse is as RUDE as they come!!

The staff was kind. But I asked the front lady how much an office visit was. She said $65-75. I also needed some blood work done for a physical and they said that would cost $32.00. I do not have insurance so I wanted to make sure I could afford my care. I told them to go ahead. The nurse practioner came in and asked if I was allergic to anything and listened to my lungs. I told her I had been having problems with my ears and throat, but she didn't check them. I started to ask her to, but decided not to. I am glad I didn't ask. When I got to the front desk my bill was $146. I asked why. I was told that. My office visit was a level four and cost $112. I wanted to ask If a level one was a drive around the building with a wave. This is the second time this clinic has lied to me about billing. The only way I will return. Is if there are no other medicial facilities available. No wonder their parking lot is always empty. People don't like being lied to and gouged.
