Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR RETAINING WALLS!
Approximately 7 yrs ago, Fuchs Landscaping built a retaining wall to help with our back yard erosion. Since then they had to come out 2 yrs. ago to fix the dry creek bed they also installed to help with drainage and that cost approx $1700. Now, part of the wall has deteriorated due to the lack of footing they did not place. They needed to go deeper. I have contacted Michael Fuchs and he has given me excuses and would not even send a crew to fix it (I offered to pay a reasonable fee). I now had to hire another firm and this will cost me $1750 to fix a wall that was never installed properly. I thought a fair and reasonable approach would be that we both share in the cost 50/50.
The company is taking NO accountability for their work and product and want to make others aware of their lack of commitment to their product and service.
We spent $12000 for this wall and it did not even last 7 yrs!
SHABBY WORKMANSHIP and excuses, excuses, excuses.
STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE! There are more upstanding companies out there that will stand behind their work

I filed a complaint with the BBB and this company did not even have the integrity or professionalism to reply to their inquiry. Goes to show you have unprofessional this company is AND you should NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
The BBB have given them an F grading!
