I've had to call twice about my aging furnace. Both times, Skip was pleasant and professional and, unlike another repair person who serviced the unit, did not try to convince us to buy a new furnace. I definitely recommend Furnace Aid for furnace service.

I have known Skip for many years. He is without a doubt a caring professional, and is to be praised. He has always attended to our heating issues promptly and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. His polite caring nature is so refreshing. Furnace Aid is amazing. I met Skip back in 2000 and have used him extensively over the years. I have recommended him to my parents as well as other customers. Even though he is based on the eastside, he does come to Seattle on occasion. He is honest, reliable, friendly, professional and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
