After 12 years our 3 1/2 ton AC was requesting us to be put to sleep. We replaced it with a 5 Ton unit. This required some upgrades to the AC compressor cement platform and thermostat. The technicians were very professional and informative. They explained what they were going to do and why, they even placed a drain plug after I told them how with our previous unit we had had to pull the drainage apart to flush the line. I had ordered a wifi thermostat that unfortunately came a day after the installation and the technicians came back the next day and installed it. The cost was what I was quoted, no hidden fees or additional charges. I recommend them without reservations.

We have used the services of Fuss Free AC the second time. The technician did a fabulous job, my ac unit was fixed timely. They exceed professionalism, very prompt and quick in everything they do from their estimate to servicing to invoicing. The technician is very customer and service focused, did not waste his time. My AC was not cooling, My electric bill was very high as the AC was being used 24x7. I was recommended to Fuss Free AC by a friend of mine. They were very prompt in their service, they sent their senior most tech to check the AC unit. He did a great job. My unit was fixed and my electric bill is reduced. Thank you Fuss Free. After being without ac for a week due to another company failing to show up after they removed the old one, a friend referred Fuss Free. They called 30 minutes out, showed up earlier than expected and did the work so quickly! They really saved us from a previous nightmare of a company. I am so thankful for their fast response in making sure my ac was working. I could not recommend this company enough. I am truly thankful.

Worker robbed my house and owner told me there is nothing they can do he is there best worker. Took me over a year to save the 4500 I was saving to buy my girl a ring. Police didn't search him or the whole vehicle. What scumbags
