Jose, the owner of the company, was 5 hours late to tow my car. On top of this, over the phone we agreed to a price, when he arrived and had my car all set to go on his truck, he sprung an additional 120$ charge on me. He said I needed to pay him an additional 4$ a mile for the driving he did to get my car which according to him was 30 miles. My car was not being emergently towed, and I had shopped around for the cheapest deal prior to calling him. There were towing agencies that were local and much closer to me than him but thought I'd give him a try because of his cheap connection fee... I took a chance and was burned. He is a thief and someone that I would strongly recommend not doing business with.
