I've lived at the Gables for two years. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. The office is advertising that the are under new management. Makes no difference. This complex needs an entirely new STAFF. Management never "gets around" to any requests made for individual units. Monthly utility overages are randomly outrageously over to which you get no explanation for, only forced to pay or your Internet is deactivated. Many units are on diar need of renevating. Clean freaks- need not apply. Seriously.

Very dissapointed overall.
