Such a smooth and painless inspection. Very personable and thorough. Didn't rush the process or us and explained everything in great detail. Also allowed us to ask any questions. Report was delivered the next day. Highly recommend

He lived up to and exceeded the high regards! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained his process and findings in a digestible way.

I’d also like to point out that he was on time!!! A lot of times I find that timeliness is taking a back seat but it definitely was not the case. He also said we’d have our inspection details in our email the next day and it was in my box by 10am.

I work at a public library and we are having a leak in one of our rooms. Carlos did a detailed inspection using infrared. He checked the whole building, not just where we are having the leaks. He took a real interest in our problem and spent a lot of time discussing the results of the inspection and how to proceed with a roofer. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and also a nice guy! A true professional who cares about his customers, even if meeting you for the first time!
