I was referred to Galloway by a large appliance company for specialized PayRange BlueKey device installation in our new commercial laundry equipment. From the start, their customer service was outstanding. Their staff and technicians were very knowledgeable and took care of everything. Communication was the key to a successful outcome. Customer Server beyond excellent. We have a home warranty with American Home Shield. When our dryer broke AHS assigned the work order to Galloway Appliance Repair. I spoke to Nicole there and she kindly explained we were not in their service area and did not know why AHS had assigned the ticket to them. In the world of average customer service that would have been the end of it. I was not a customer and due to geography was unlikely ever to become one. A pleasant "good luck" was all I could really expect. Nicole went far beyond that. She called AHS on my behalf to try and help them figure things out. Not once. Not twice. Three times!!! If this is how well they treat someone who is NOT their customer I can only wish I were one. - Russ

Super helpful with a challenging stove issue. Very kind and knowledgable within his scope of practice and area of expertise. Ill be sure to use and or refer him to others in the area that are needing appliance assistance/support/fix. Also, time efficient.. Thank you Chad. Vanessa office support was also very helpful when I had to re-schedule.

I had a stove that was acting up. Chad came and worked beyond my expectations to remedy the problem. By far the best service of anyone I have used for household issues.

Our oven went out on Sunday morning after I attempted to use the self clean option. My husband called Galloway Appliance Repair on Monday morning and Chad arrived at our house 2 hours later. Chad provided excellent customer service and gave us a great deal to not only fix the blown fuse, in addition, the fuse box wasn't installed properly and Chad brought it up to code. I was VERY happy with the service. They were on time, clean and got the repairs done very quick. They even checkout another appliance while they were here. They were very friendly and honest.
