They quoted me a price then got to the house and said it will be more turns out twice as much as the quote i will never use them again and will tell everyone looking for a garage door installed go somewhere else they will rip you off

curtious from the first phone call to completion of service. The technician showed up on time and explained everything so we could understand. The cost for the repair was very reason reasonable and overall we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend them to others

Called several Garage Door Repair companies but Jim sounded very knowledgeable and honest over the phone. He showed up on time, was very pleasant and did a great job fixing my door. He had everything he needed to fix my door right on the spot. I was very impressed with how detailed he was and how he took his time and made sure the door was working perfectly before he left. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.

I first hired the Garage Door Dr. 3 years ago to do a much needed, major adjustment to my garage door which was sagging and hitting the roof rack of my SUV. He showed up when he said he would and did an amazing job of fixing and adjusting a not so great 2-car garage door. I just hired him again to replace the hinges and springs on the same 'not so great' garage door and once again he showed up right when he said he would, which was early on a Monday morning and did an incredible job, once again. Prior to this I had to get out of my SUV every time I needed to open my 'automatic' garage door opener for the last month or so. Jim is a rare breed in that he actually cares about the quality of the work he does and is NOT all about just getting the job done so that he can move on to the next job, not to mention he's very professional and pleasant to be around.

Monday morning 8AM and my garage door won't open...called the Garage Door Doctor. The owner, Jim Bishop, told me he'd be at my home between 9:00AM and 9:30AM. He actually showed up a few minutes after 9:00AM. Couldn't believe it. He not only showed up on time but had all the parts to repair my garage door. Very professional and clean. What a great experience and it renewed by trust in contractors ( I've had lots of bad experiences with contractors, but not this one).
