We needed a tow from Detroit to Lake Orion Mi on Labor Day weekend. Had called over 15 tow shops and none of them were open. Gateway Towing was there promptly and was very polite and friendly to deal with. The tow truck driver ( Mike ) really helped us out and he really knows his trade. We will use them in the future. Very happy with their work. THANKS!

Awesome company. Have dealt with them many times they have towed our trucks all over the place. A lot of knowledge and skill those drivers have to do the job they do.

Dont go to this creepy place alone if youre a woman. The workers all look like they are ex-cons scary looking stringy greasy long hair and they stare you down and they dont say hi or anything! Very rude and very slow service when you want to get your car from their residential lot on 14. They may have good reviews for prompt roadside assistance -but not when you try to retrieve your car from them! yuk! creepy

The tow company people were very polite and the Quote for the tow was in the ballpark . The truck got to us within ten minutes of the call . And the driver was polite . I will refer the tow company to others.
