The Idots at Gateway totaled my car!!! I had a damage free, great condition grand am that I have babied since purchasing it. One night my alternator decided to go out so I called my roadside assistance and they dispached Gateway Towing. I was going to have it towed to my house so I can put a new alternator in that weekend. However, once he had it on the flatbed and got going the car rolled off the back of the tow truck, crashed to the ground damaging suspension, ripping off rear bumber, damaging or breaking almost every panel as it rolled down the street nearly missing incoming traffic. The Idot who was towing it exact words were ...It wasn t my fault......you don t understand what kind of equipment I have to work with... He said the owner would get in contact with me by that following monday. I have yet to hear from him, and my Insurance has just informed me that my vehicle damage exceeds 85% its current value. Avoid and refuse service from this location!!!
