Second chances are hard to come by, this is true. Felons deserve to work, yes, however, they are required to disclose this information on their application as GDR should inform their clients that they hire them. This all can be misleading, and unfair, just like life. That was the most bias review I have ever read. Either it is the owner or the felon in question. If Greg and Connie are compassionate, honest, and hard working people who are well respected in their community, great! That does not mean they can run a business. Car salesmen, are compassionate, honest, and hard working people who are well respected in their community. Do you trust them all? If GDR was so good to work for, why does their star employee bad mouth the owner so much and talk about his past drug indictments and his current drinking issues. If this was such a good business to hire, why do they have less than 5 employee's and so few business they take care of? I have heard of several employee's being run off by their star employee. I guess this gives her job security? Values in this world are far and few between anymore. People need to look at the world for more then just themselves and making money. Maybe throw in a little respect? This appears to be a nice tight family business and their star employee must be looking at taking over. If you are not a part of this family, I would beware. Freedom of speech is a great thing. Unfortunately this type of platform/venue can be misleading, unfair, dishonest, and to the hardworking people... hurtful. Greg and Connie have been in business for over 20 years with excellent customer satisfaction. They have very good business relations with all of their clients who would not hesitate to call and personally voice any concerns about any issues big or small. In this day and age who doesn't have felon working for them? Especially in the janitorial industry! Greg and Connie are compassionate, honest, and hard working people who are well respected in their community. Second chances are hard to come by and if they have the opportunity to help someone who has one coming than they will do whatever is right. GDR is a great company to call for services and an even greater company to work for! It is a very challenging task to find people who can share the same values as the hard working small business owners of today. Those are the people who are worth the hours and hours of training and duplication of ones self onto the other. It does not always work, but when it does it is a beautiful thing.

After hiring this business, I was told that they do not do background checks and that the woman that has all the keys and alarm codes is a felon. My business is my livelihood and I would not hire a felon, so why would I want one cleaning my office when I am away for the evening.
