I thought I had lost all my tax information etc. When I called ....even though I was some distance away.....he was here 'in a flash'. Very reasurring and had things righted in short order. It is difficult to believe that I did not have to drive a long distance and be at the mercy of someone deciding when and how they would fix the computer.



I had confidence from the beginning, and would highly recommend this Geek.
