Correction! Just found out we weren't given correct information from Duke Energy rebates division. General AC did give us the correct information!!

My air went out on Labor day weekend on a saturday night, Additionally it was a very hot night. I wasnt sure if anyone was going too be able too come out considering it was after 9pm at night and it was labor day weekend, but too my surprise a very nice man named Mathew Harris was at my house within thirty min. of me talking too him about the air., He was very honest, and went straight too the problem and had my air back working within the hour, I was so thankful. I highly recommend General Air Conditioning company, A+++++++++++++++++

I just wanted to take a moment and comment on the service that Ron CeFarelli provided me this morning. He was very polite, professional and performed his job extremely efficiently! I appreciate The General and thier staff!

My thanks to each and everyone involved in the installation. This was not an easy job. Work was completed professionally, timely, and efficiently. Your staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the experience.

I want to commend your Company for your prompt and efficient

service to rectify an insulation problem that was done in April or May of '06.



Your serviceman Will, on my biannual service inspection, noted that my ductwork insulation was coming loose in several locations. You promptly set up a service call and today your service team of Chris and Ken did a great job in replacing and/or retaping my crawl space ductwork. They are to be commended for their concern and skill.
