Scott was recommended by our realtor. We have used his company several times and have always been more than pleased with his knowledge, input, astute observations, patience and respect.

Where do I start!! OMG I had three different home inspections with scott. And I didn't have to wait long for an appt. I refuse to call anyone else!! Honestly.. I was so happy that he is knowledgeable about everything.He was very patient and thorough. He is very polite and respectful...I will recommend him to do all my family and friends inspections..Not to mention his receptionist, Sheila is wonderful as well. Very pleasant and caring. Scott saved the day! I needed a last minute home inspection for my 1-year warranty on a new construction townhouse. Luckily for me, he was able to come the next day. Within the first minute, I knew that I would have a great return on my investment. He discovered that my garage door didn't have the required weatherstripping. He is so patient and tries to educate the homeowner on the most critical aspects of home ownership. I highly recommend him!

Terrific service! Shelia and Scott are great to work with when having your property inspected. Scott is very thorough and has found several hidden problems in my own potential properties and those of my clients.

Working with GA Home Pros was a great experience! Sheila and Scott were easy to work with and Scott actually inspected 3 homes for us, stopping us from buying one that would've been a headache in the long run. Overall, they were reliable, professional, and very nice! Scott provided a lot of detailed information in his final inspection report, which was easy to read, and a great guide to use when negotiating during the closing process. My realtor even liked him so much that she now recommends him to other clients! Competitive pricing and great service! I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

We simply love Scott and Sheila at GA Home Pros they are very professional, detailed conversation as to what to expect, scheduled timely and Scott was at both of our inspections prior to the scheduled times. The first property we had expected had serious issues with the retainer wall and we saved between $7,000 - $10,000 after taking Scott's suggestion to have a Civil Engineer come out and look at the retainer wall. In addition, Scott had no problem whatsoever letting us walk side by side with him and ask questions for the entire inspection. We did not purchase that property after the Civil Engineer results and the sellers were not willing to correct the issues. However, about 3 weeks later we found another property and had Scott to inspect it and the concerns he had were settled and corrected. Therefore, we purchased the home but would have NEVER considered the purchase if he had one concern that what not up to his expectation. Their caring spirit and professionalism for their clients were awesome!!!! Also, our realtors for the first and second property were so impress with Scott and his work they asked for his card and said they would for sure recommend him. Our rating is a 5 stars without a doubt....you would be a 100% satisfied.

I have used Georgia Home Pros 2 as the Inspectors for 2 homes. Once in 2009 and 2013. The quality of the service is awesome. Scott covers every detail. He walks you through the entire home top to bottom.



He inspects each home as if he is personally moving into the home, I know everything about the home from the age of the smoke detectors, to how to change the air conditioning filter.



I would use Georgia Home Pros over and over.

I've used several inspectors before on previous home purchases and none were as thorough and knowledgeable. Scott was fantastic. He found some serious issues with our foundation before we closed on our new home. He also found some plumbing and roofing issues that needed to be corrected. Scott has many years of experience and is CERTIFIED. I hired him again when we had major water damage. He promptly arrived and took necessary measurements and photographs . I have before and after proof and the satisfaction, piece of mind because Scott was involved . The customer service lady, is professional, polite and very accommodating.. they scheduled a home inspection for me on a weekend!!

I can sleep knowing my renovations are up to code standards, my house can be put on the market without fear of any defect condition because Scott used due diligence in his inspection and recommendations to me to repair/replace whatever ever in his opinion was needed to do.

"I couldn't believe it. My husband and I decided not to get our final inspection with Scott because we felt comfortable with the builder and the home being brand new and all. But, to our surprise almost a year later Scott stopped by the house and noticed that the doors were rubbing when they closed and some did not line up with the latch. He took a closer look and analyzed the homes structure. Within 10 minutes he said we had some major structural issues. I reported it to my builder and after several letters request for the builder to do the repairs he finally commenced repairing our home. We had to move out of the home in order for him to rebuild many areas of the home. We later found out that they changed the floorplan and never got a engineering stamp to approve the changes. This is a $500,000 home. It was a mess! If it wasnt for Scott we wouldn't have known and we would have been responsible for the $120k+ in repairs after the 1 yr warranty was up. "This guy is the real thing! He spent so much time answering all my questions in detail. I learned more from him in one afternoon than my instructor has taught me in 1 month! I have bought several homes throughout the years as an investor and I have NEVER known any inspector to be so knowledgeable in the building field. The builder did not even have a clue as to what was wrong with the home and how to fix it! This "VETERAN" builder was suppose to know the building code very well and Scott had to point out several code violations on my NEW home and explain how to fix them. I am just so excited that I have found the inspector that I can truly rely upon to give me an unbiased honest thorough opinion of the biggest to the smallest problems. I will utilize his knowledge in my business and will refer everyone. After being so overwhelmed with all the things an inspector should know I have decide to not be an inspector now.
