This company is the only one in the area licensed to drive long distances, and owner tries to make sure customer is satisfied.

I made a mistake in the first review. The amount of the fee charged by the company was was $25, not $150. The second amount had been charged to my account, but later refunded. The rest of the review remains the same.

Driver showed up at bus station,even though pick-up was cancelled the night before. Owner called, very angry and threatened to charge cancellation fee. Found a $150.00 charge on my account from the company. When I called to complain, turns out it had been put there by accident. Owner said she would remove it and also threatened to "come up there and cut your throat!".
