DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We are a gift basket company and they have been ILLEGALLY using our photos on their website. They put their logo over ours and have other companies fulfilling these orders. We have been asking them for over a year to remove these items and still nothing. They give us the run around and then have the NERVE to order off of our website as a customer to SEND TO THEIR CUSTOMER. This company is also SENDFLOWERSANDMORE.COM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! They use paypal to purchase and then try to open claims that "they" never received the item because they have it sent to their customer. Their phone number does not work, there is no way to contact them on their website. The company uses multiple emails and everyone pretends to be someone else and put the blame on eachother.

Great company. Easy & fast. Did a gift for someone half way around the world at their job location. Delivered in handful of days, got a thank you from the recipient, who were surprised. They said they loved the package. All around exceptional experience.

I ordered an cake for my sister birthday on 8th of February 2016 which had to be delivered on 12th February. Totally I paid around A$100 for this purchase including custom postage and payment processing fee (????).

Cake is not delivered yet to nominated address (Sweden). I sent couple of emails and received a generic email saying they will investigate. I am totally frustrated and never order on this site.

I sent another email requesting a full refund and they haven't get back to me yet.

Friends, please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. it is never going to be delivered.

My 5yr old grandson had dental surgery. Thought it would be nice to send a Balloon Bouquet to brighten up his day. I ordered Balloons, and paid extra for same day delivery. They waited all day for them to arrive. Never showed. I called gift blooms to see what was going on. I was told they tried to deliver but couldn't find the address, and the address was not valid through USPS, which is a lie. I send packages to that address all the time. I asked why the driver had not called my son for directions. I was told drivers don't do that... Hmmm... so I asked to cancel my order, I was told that once an order has been approved that I could not cancel. Really? My husband called told them to cancel the order. I received an email confirmation of cancelation . I still have not been reimbursed But what I did get for my trouble was over 1600. dollars of FRAUDULANT charges to my card. I don't know how they can sleep at night scamming people out of their money.

Horrible experience! Delivered late to a random person so the surprise was ruined when they had to track down who took their gift! Then the item delivered was wrong! When I contacted the company I was told to look for it through tracker!

I live in WA and wanted a balloon bouquet delivered to Sarasota, FL. I ordered online 5-7-15, for delivery on 5-9-15. Here's the reply I sent to Gift Blooms after receiving my delivery confirmation email:



I'm VERY unhappy so I'm giving some feedback about the delivery of my gift. First of all, I searched your site prior to ordering and nowhere did I find delivery time ranges, residential or business, so I assumed 9-5. I checked business delivery, and in the special instructions I stated that the recipient worked 10-4 on the delivery date, along with the building information and their phone number as a contact. I did not know delivery time ranges until I received my email confirmation, which listed residential, business, and school times. Business delivery was 8:30-5. Well, the balloons were delivered after the birthday person had left. Seriously? So, even with instructions, delivery was made during the last hour of the day with the service KNOWING that the recipient was unavailable. Now my birthday balloon bouquet will sit in an empty office for two days, and the event has passed. I will not use your service again. If a Sarasota delivery service cannot deliver to a Sarasota address within a 6-hour window, as indicated in the special instructions option, they are not very customer service oriented in my opinion. I live in WA and wanted my friend in FL to have a surprise on his birthday. The balloon arrangement may be as I specified, so I cannot comment on the product itself, but I suggest you find a more customer oriented delivery service, or delete the special instruction section. Please list the delivery time ranges on your site, along with a statement that special instructions are only guidelines and may be ignored.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any company! It's completely false advertising and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete lie! They refused to refund my money or even try to give me credit towards something else. The item I bought was supposed to have white sunflowers and pink roses and I received cheap white carnations and pink flowers that definitely are not roses! I don't even know what they are. There was a single purple rose which purple wasn't supposed to be included! I paid over $60 for specific flowers (roses) and I got cheap replacements! They don't even look like roses or sunflowers. The item looked nothing like what was in the picture! The phone representatives were completely rude and told me it was my fault and they wouldn't be refunding my money because the item was already delivered. I plan to seek legal matters for their false advertising. If you click the link above it should explain the whole story in vivid detail
