DO NOT USE they called me an hour and a half before I was to be picked up and told me the car broke down and they had no other cars available then guaranteed I would have a pick up upon my return coming in late and did not show up and of course you can't get in touch with anyone. They rarely answer the phone. What type of car service doesn't have 24 hour coverage. I'm still trying to get in touch with a manager for some type of refund but no one is picking up this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

On May 11th I had a scheduled ...

On May 11th I had a scheduled pick up from this company at 9:30am for a 12 noon flight. When the driver did not show up I called the toll free number and was told by the person she would check to see where the driver was and call me back. She never called back, when I tried to call her back I kept getting a fax machine. I then tried the main number 201-471-7500 and kept getting an answering machine. At 10:05am I had to call another limo company and they were able to get there by 10:30am and get me to the airport by 11:15am. When I finally got to my final destination I called this company back and got thru this time after giving a fake last name, instead of my last name (I guess they screen their phone calls). Her reply was the driver went missing and couldnt locate hime. She didnt call me back because she didnt know what to tell me. She literally left me hanging knowing I had a flight to catch. I would not ever use this company or recommend them. I intend to report and write reviews to who ever will let me. This was a horrible experience and they are totally incompetent.

On May 7th we flew in from Cal...

On May 7th we flew in from California to Newark and had used this service to pick up us form the airport. Our flight was set to arrive at 11:25 pm we told the service we needed at 11:30 pick up. We had called before taking off and where told that the driver will call us where he was going to pick up us when we landed. Our flight had gotten in early so at 11:30 we were sitting waiting with our luggage.. After waiting to approx 11:40 without hearing from the driver we called the main number and where told that our reservation was for 11:45 which immediately was wrong they were told 11:30. So we waited until 11:50 at this point we called again since we had not heard from the driver. The "Manager" told us he was on 1&9 and would be there in a few minutes. So we waited another 15 min at 12:05 we called and where told the again the driver was just leaving Jersey city and would be there shortly. Finally at 12:15 we receive a call from the driver asking what terminal we were at and where should he pick us up. This was 45 minutes after out scheduled pick up time we finally get a call from the driver stating that he is just on his way. I would highly not ever recommend using this service unless you enjoy sitting at the curb at the airport.
