I was staying in the area a couple months ago on vacation with my family and the staff at the resort recommended this company for a taxi. I loved the fact that they charge a flat rate for their fares so you don't have to play a guessing game like you would with any other taxi company. A simple 25 minute drive could end up costing you double or triple the regular fair with a metered taxi because they also charge you for wait times in traffic. GT doesn't do this; they even offer to pre-book a return trip to come pick you uo and take you back to where u were staying... I don't know of any other company that offers that kind of convenience! The person who drove us each time was the same person and was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the area. Next time we come to Orlando on vacation I will most definitely call them if I need a taxi!

Con artists!!

We used this firm on our outward journey and pre paid the return fare. We rang them half an hour before to book the return but they left us stranded with four small children for an hour. They then stopped taking our calls. We had to use another company to get home. We tried phoning over the next few days to get our cash back but they kept hanging up on us. They spoiled our holiday and took cash when they had no intention of picking us up. Please don t let them carry on in business.

Asked for payment for return journey. Did not collect. They are thieves. We have reported to police.

This company has been around for a few years and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. The staff that answers the phone is very friendly and my driver was very friendly and made my experience here in the Orlando area fun!

This company is not a legitimate company. They have no taxi permits, signage, or meters on their vehicles. One of their drivers actually showed up to pick me up in his personal vehicle (a 2 door sports coupe) that was probably about 15 years old. There was no way in the world I would get in that old beater. Also according to Osceola County Code Enforcement they have no listing of this company being registered as a taxi company in this area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!This place is a joke.They lie and say they will pick you up and demand the money upfront.Are you transportation company or not?You dont know how to respon to calls and are just shady.
