I've used these guys twice and for good reason - there's no one else I trust to get me out of a bind.

They did an amazing job when I got stranded in the middle of the night. They were there in no time! I recommend them to anyone in need of assistance!

My vehicle was involved in an accident and Goode Towing & Recovery was called to respond. They have very specialized equipment to get the job done, but they are more than willing to film the recovery and release it to social media and local news agencies to promote themselves without advising the owner of the vehicle. Some pea pole, like myself enjoy my privacy, but Mr. Goode Sr feels it is okay to promote himself and his business without consulting the persons involved. I find this disrespectful and very unprofessional. It is sad how businesses today will take their business over the respect of a person who was just involved in an accident and is going through a hard time.

They do over-charge and when I asked for the fees to be explained the lady I spoke with got rude and started to yell. I asked her why she was yelling and she replied she wasn't when I said yes you werer she hung up on me! I called back and guy answered..I asked to speak with same lady and told him that she was very rude. Another lady got on the line and said she was the manager. I asked can I speak with the lady again she refused to let me speak; so I asked her what was their procedure for filing a complaint. They didn't have one. She then asked me how can she help cause I was wasting her time!! At that point I got mad and hung up. I would rather push my car on four flat tires then call then for any towing needs.

Consumer BEWARE Goode do not have a set price on towing car, motorcycle, and etc. I got overcharge by 100 percent, the Driver determines the price. I got cheated.....average tow price is 50, i got charged 100.

Sadly, it is very difficult to find a good mechanic anywhere these days and if you are looking here, you most definitely will NOT find one. They are rude and unprofessional and they do not give updates on the work they are doing (or not doing) in our case. I sincerely believe that they did not know how to fix our vehicle and I would've appreciated if they had stated this from the beginning. They wasted our time and money. Consumers deserve to be treated respectfully and you will not find that here.
