Having this information ready will be very helpful. Gather the following information: * Name of the Jail or Police Department * Booking Number or Jail ID * Charge(s) * Full Legal Name * Date of Birth * The Bail Amount & If It Is Bondable In most cases, only a licensed bail agent can post bail. Please note that all bail bond agencies are required by New Jersey law to collect 10% of the total bail as a premium & a $30 Posting Fee if the charges are indictable. You will have to pay this amount before any bail will be posted unless you are approved for a payment plan with our company.
