Refinancing my home was never so quick and easy. This company keeps you updated every step of the way. Whenever I had any questions, if the originator didn't have the answer, they would immediately put me on the phone with an underwriter who did. For any mortgage loans I may have, whether it be for purchasing or refinancing, I will be contacting them.

After purchasing over a dozen homes an working with lenders for over 2 decades now, I must admit I'm really impressed with the level of integrity, professionalism and consistent communication Charlie displayed while working to help me get the best possible deal. I usually do review anything, but had to make an exception with this one. A+++ all the way. I will do all my future business with this company. Thanks

I'm in the home improvement sales business, my income is 1099, which means I write everything off. Due to the fact that I write everything off, it was impossible to qualify for a loan with other companies, but the have a program that all they needed to do was verify my employment to qualify. They got my loan done fast.



I do however have 1 complaint, they only have a few Spanish speakers, so it was difficult for them at times to communicate with my wife, they always had to find a Spanish speaker when I was not available. So for that, I had to ding them 1 star.

I appreciate this company, I received courteous help with my purchase of a new home in a haste manner.

The thing I love the most about this company was the customer service as well as the speed in getting my refinance done. They were always upfront and honest. I recommended all my friends here!

This company did a great job helping me with my mortgage and they have great customer service. They really know what they're doing.
