Read the reviews, called, left a message, waited through COB that day and never heard a word. Called someone else in the morning and they showed up before lunch.

I tried 3 phone numbers that were listed for Gray's over the course of a day and a half. Left 4 voice messages explaining my situation as briefly as possible and that I needed a return call as soon as possible. It's now been well over 24 hours since my first voicemail was left and NO RESPONSE. Not even to say "Hey, I'm swamped and can't get to it." Nothing. I was very disappointed because from the other reviews I had the impression this would be a professional I could count on. I suppose if you can actually get "Stephen with Gray's Plumbing" to return your call, you may have a good experience. However, I'm simply unable to give anything in this review to validate that.

My kitchen sink started leaking over the weekend and after my horrible attempt at fixing it (which means I basically tore it apart and couldn't put it back together!) Gray's came within an hour of my call to them this morning. They were very professional and got my sink back together for me! They explained everything they did and made me feel very comfortable with everything before they left. The bill was very reasonable for the labor/materials. They even took the extra time to clean up the mess I had personally created with water! Will for sure recommend them to friends who need plumbing help! Thank you!

I needed someone to help with a clogged toilet. I had been trying for days and was at my wits end. My husband is deployed, and I called Gray's due to the positive reviews here on dexknows. He was at my house in under 10 minutes, and about 10 minutes later I had a working toilet. I'm an extremely happy customer, and will definitely call them again with any future problems. I will also recommend them to everyone I know!

Job well done. I called on a Sunday about a leak at the water meter and they were here on Monday morning. Very reasonable prices and they are very reliable as well. Thank you Gray's Plumbing.

Plumber was extremely friendly and polite. He took his shoes off when entering my home. He explained everything and even did a few minor repairs for me that I hadn't planned on calling a plumber for. He was extremely thorough and worked diligently to solve the problem. He offers a military discount and understands military lifestyle with deployments and wives being on their own. He will not rip you off! Cheapest prices in Jacksonville for sure!!! I recommend him to EVERYONE!!!!! I have found my plumber for all future needs, that's for sure!!! Great work, great worker!!!!

I researched for plumbers using Lejeune Yard Sales and Google. Lejeune yard sales popped up Gray's Plumbing so I did the google search on them went through DEX and found him. I read through his reviews noticed he already have 5 stars from DEX and gave him a call. He was very polite on the phone and scheduled my appt for that day which was yesterday (3/1/11). He was more than happy to come out after regular working hours to see what I needed done. About 3:33 pm he called me back and said he had just finished a job and was willing to come out right after. He got to my house we shook hands and he was on his way to work. He finished with what I needed done in about 20 minutes and the thing that I noticed most of all about this young man was how professional and polite he was. he also took his shoes off before he entered the house which was very respectful. Great quality work, very knowledgeable and very respectful. He will be the only plumber I call ever again!

Gray's Plumbing Service did an outstanding job plumbing our new home. We were extremely impressed with how much pride they took in their work, as well as their prompt and courteous service and attention to detail. Gray's Plumbing is the only plumbing service we use and would highly recommend it to anyone building a home or needing service work done.
