Provided by YP.comThese people know their business. Communication was excellent. I received two texts before they arrived updating me on arrival time. Mr Outlaw was extremely careful making sure vehicle was not damaged. Don't know about the one star reviews perhaps its just the operator. Robert? Outlaw was more than just professional, he was a nice guy too. Arrival time after I called was about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Provided by YP.comHad to send this jerk away. He was over an hour late with no communication. When he did finally show up he said there was an extra overage. I asked if that could be waived since he was over an hour late. Keep in mind it was $5 and he was only towing 6 miles. He said I would have to talk to his boss. I said do you have his number? He said it was the number that the insurance have me. (The number was also on his shirt that he was wearing) I called dispatch to speak to his boss. And was told he was the boss hmmmm. I confronted him with his lie, he told me I didn't listen. Really? How could I confuse the words I am not the boss and you would need to call the number the insurance company gave you? Hmmmm he was an arrogant you know what. I have complained to the insurance company as well. Military town military insurance. Guess you don't want the business.

Provided by YP.comGray’s towing is an untrustworthy and irresponsible tow truck company. After buying bad gas from a local gas station my car was disabled. I called triple A and they called Grays Towing. After waiting quite a long time for them to get to my house, the tow truck driver put my car on the harness and started pulling it. I ran inside to grab cash for the driver. Walking out of my front door I could see my light wires hanging out of the front and had been ripped out. Once I got closer I realized my new (about 6 month old) customized front bumper had been cracked up the middle and I saw drag spot from where he had bounced the front end of my car on my driveway. When I asked the driver if he hit he said he didn't know and was just paying attention to the front gadgets he was using to get the car on the truck. When I took it to an auto body shop they gave me a quote of just over $600 to take it off, fix the crack and repaint it. I filed a complaint through AAA and was contacted by Gray’s who is refusing to pay for ANY of the damages they caused. AAA has since said they cannot make Gray’s pay and Gray’s continues to refuse compensation. I work as a computer technician and realize while working on a computer if I damage something I’m going to have to repair it, so how can they feel they aren't responsible for the damage their driver caused? Bottom line, they are rude, ignorant and so arrogant they won’t even take responsibility for damages they cause. Worst company I have ever had to deal with, if you us their services know that you are responsible for anything they do to your car.
