I called and got a quote and they said they would come in the next two days and didnt. They never called to reschedule I had to call every time. Told me they would be there tomorrow everyday for over a week and that I had to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. Don't waste your time just use another company.

Easy enough. Called and spoke to a woman who gave me a quote. She worked with me by giving me a good price. I had scheduled with the tower for the next day and my car was gone and got my money.

Sad that our competition posts bogus reviews to make themselves look better. I am the "David" which was referred to in the last users review. I don't speak to sellers EVER as I have a professional staff that does that. That being said, I have never spoken to "your mom" or offered her any "coupons" also we ALWAYS PAY RIGHT ON THE SPOT BEFORE PUTTING YOUR CAR IN OUR TOW TRUCK..... If anyone questions out business practice then please call me directly on my cell phone at 347-525-5533 and instead of posting bogus negative reviews.... Try running your business based on your companies merits NOT BY LYING AND BADMOUTGING YOUR COMPETITION. If you can prove I bought a car and NEVER paid for it I'm willing to post right here that I'll personally hand deliver DOUBLE the money that was offered. Your a pathetic soul who lies to promote your own business. It's YOU who gives our industry the unfortunate bad name it has.... So don't hide behind an anonymous post and call me.... I have even listed my personal cell number.

STAY AWAY! My mom contacted them and some guy named "David" said he would help her out by buying her car for $350 and giving her some bogus $1000 grocery card. They never gave her anything for her car, that was prob worth $3000, it was basically stolen from her. Some tow truck driver came and picked it up and we are STILL waiting to get paid. (and the grocery thing is just coupons, not a gift card) My mother is SICK over this and I am too. She was scammed. Be warned. Just call your local salvage yard or a car dealer. Most of these "Junk car removel" places just send them there anyway.
