Worst cab service ever needed to be to work on time called and booked a cab early cab still has not picked me up they don't even have one headed my way it's been over a hour now everytime I call they say call back in 10 mins and each time its the same result a waist of time calling if your trying to be some where on time

Booked a Cab on their App - a minute or two later got a call from the driver letting me know where he was and when I should expect his arrival - which was really nice as I live pretty far out in Chesapeake and it's hard to get good cab service out there - just very impressed with that level of customer service.

My trip was pretty decent. We were only going approximately 15 miles though. I called in need of assistance and they showed up 15 minutes later. My driver seemed to be nice and professional. The car was also very clean. The only problems I had were how unprofessional the dispatch seemed, and the driver did not have money to make change. I would probably use this service again if I got into a jam though.

WARNING-ALERT DO NOT BOTHER!!!! Reserved a car at 1:15 for 2:15 in Virginia Beach, at which time(2:15 EXACTLY) the driver calls me from Chesapeake to tell me she will not be able to make it and that I need to call to have another car dispatched. They informed they needed time to find another car and the best they could come up with after 5 minutes on hold was another 20 minutes. Never will I use or recommend Black & White Cabs again. I will try to leave page w/zip zero nada stars but if I must leave 1 you know it is overrated... KCB

I just witnessed the worst road rage from cab#741. Their driving needs to be reported. Unsafe driving!!!!!

I have had mixed experiences. Usually, service is good, but sometimes the dispatchers are rude. The drivers are usually great. They have been able to meet my special needs.

Taxi arrived 45 minutes late for a ride to the airport, even after I called three times. Military or people who need on time or reliable taxi services, beware, not dependable, dispatcher was like "oh well." Called Atlantic Coast Cab Company who arrived in 5 minutes. Now I'm on my plane.

Dont ever use this service. Unprofessional and EXTREMELY unreliable
