Provided by YP.comDO NOT use this company. I ended up having to call (and pay) another company to fix all of the mistakes these people made.
WORK QUALITY: At first glance, the yard looks nice. After being in the yard for any length of time you notice all of the poor craftsmanship. Bender-board is coming up in many places because anchors were not used in those places (even after I addressed my concern about this). Trees and shrubs were dying because they were suffocated due to being planted into the hard caliche and too tightly packed surrounding rock. I would think a landscaping company should have knowledge about this and plant shrubs and trees in a way to preserve the life of the vegetation. It took them several attempts to execute the original plan (communication is NOT their strong point). They have no idea what a straight line is. The workers damaged parts of the house that were not properly fixed. They did a good job putting the rock portion down of the landscaping.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: John was very nice and professional but never saw him again after the initial visit. His presentation was stellar. Too bad the rest of the company does not follow his vision and mission.
Greg was rude and does not have your best interest in mind. Poor business partner. (After rereading these two sentences and without going into more detail I think it needs to be said that he was actually a real jerk, and not just once, several times. He made me feel uncomfortable in my own home.)
After being informed that the labor would be performed by at least one person fluent in English I came to find out that their definition of fluent was much different than mine and any dictionary. Needless to say, it is difficult to communicate your wants and needs to a group of workers that have limited English abilities and no Greg or John to assist you.
I wish I would have given my hard-earned money to a more reliable and competent company.
