This business does not deserve any stars!

I was told Green's garage does good work but is not fast. This was an understatement! I dropped off my car on Thurs Sept. 26.... they said they would call me Mon. The following Wed. and Fri. I called to see what was going on with my car. First I was told to call back, then I had to leave a message. Finally on Oct. 8th I received my only phone call from them. Larry told me I had a blown head gasket and it might be cheaper to replace the engine. I asked for an estimate of just repairing it...I never received it. He said he would get back to me when he got me a price on an engine but he was busy with his daughter's wedding. So I gave the benefit of doubt and waited and waited. Finally I just showed up on Oct 18th, 3 weeks later, to pick up my car. Not only did he not have an estimate for repairs, but he ran in the back and quick made up a hand written estimate for $3679! That's what the car cost when I bought it in the spring!

When I brought it in it was overheating.. no leaks anywhere. When it continued after I replace the radiator cap I brought it in.

When I showed up Friday the 18th they lied and said it was leaking when I brought it in. Then they lied and said they called me that week. I only gave my cell number which displays calls received.. they insisted they called so I showed them my call log and Oct 8th was the only time I received a call from any of their phone numbers. Still, an old man working there insisted he called, talked to a girl about my car and gave an estimate.

I thought I would go with the advice of a friend, but I am so sorry I tried to give this place my business.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have had. Not only are there yapping dogs that never shut up as soon as you walk into the office, but they lie about calling you.. never keep the customer informed.. and on top of it all, they stole the lanyard off of my keys and denied it! Anyone that knows me always saw a blue thing around my neck with the keys on it.. Now that is lowest of the low.

Then he tries to get me to sell my non-working vehicle to his friend that loves Subaru's...really!

Please ... do not give this business any of your valuable time or hard earned money. There are plenty of reputable small businesses to support.

I will be going to Millender's the next chance I get to see what is really wrong with my car... They are professional and very friendly and give printed estimates immediately.

The only reason I didn't go there was because of the recommendation of a family member of Green's garage.

From now on I will stick with what I know to be reliable by personal experience

I Used This Company For Repairs On 2 Vehicles And They Were Given Back With The Same Problems That I Took Them There For. They Charged Me But Never Fixed The Problems. Even After Taking Them Back Several Times. Also I Live Very Close To This Shop And Broke Down One Day And As Luck Would Have It, One Of There Tow Trucks Pulled Into The Lot That I Was In. I Asked The Driver If He Was Going To The hop And He Said Yes. I Asked If He Could Tow Me Back To My House That Is Within One Mile From The Garage. He Called In And Asked. Now I Would Think That They Would Help Out A Fellow Business Owner And Neighbor But They Wanted Full Price I Offered $ 75.00 To Tow Me To The Same Place They Were Already Going. But They Would Rather Drive Back Empty Than Make 75.00. I Can Understand If It Was Out Of The Way, And I Understand The Need To Make A Living But The Truck Was There And Empty And Heading To The Shop From There ONE MILE From My House

So I Will Find A Better And Less Greedy Garage To Go To
