Awful experience and completely unprofessional.

Wouldn't return my calls requesting information about my bill and their interest in buying my truck out (causing extra storage fees). Wouldn't give me a firm price on the bill once I finally decided to have the truck towed home. Driver ended up being 2 hours late and they seemed irritated when I called asking where he was (he hadn't even left). Driver handwrote a ticket on site and didn't have a breakdown of the charges (because the driver didn't know anything other than the total). Insisted on cash but didn't send the driver with ANY change. Informed the driver to take MY truck off MY property (after they had already unloaded it and I had never signed a single document with them) if I refused to pay correct change (but overpaying would have been fine)

I took the high road and tipped the driver with the extra cash (he was great) and told him to inform the owners that I would be giving them a great review anywhere that I could find.

Worst experience ever! My daughter's car ran off into the ditch and the cops called in a tow truck for me to have it pulled out, Guy Yates came and pulled my daughters car out and ripped her bumper off! I asked them to take her car to my house but they refused and took it to their lot. I had to wait two days before they took it to where I needed it to go and now have a bumper to fix as well as head lights and blinker. Don't waste your money with these guys, you will be over paying and will just cause damage to your vehicle! I had to pay them 240 dollars for this and not to mentioning what i will have to pay to have her bumper fixed

He just jerked my truck up on the roll back so hard it knocked my truck out of alignment charged 300 bucks for less than professional service

Called then to ask about how much the fee was for towing the f250. He said $750. That was towing and 1 week storage. I was stunned. Then he said he would charge me whatever he wanted to charge me and I could go to _ _ _ _. Clearly his mother needs a phone call so she can know exactly what kind of a person he is.
