Love the service very friendly, and professional. Would use and recommend Guy's Towing to anyone. Very prompt service was actually at the site before the ETA. Even offered me a coffee.

Dispatch was awesome. Only on the phone for 5 minutes. My car was taken to my mechanic with no issues. Driver was nice and polite.

Due to Guy's having the contract with the city of Baton Rouge to tow vehicles it took a day for them to pick up my vehicle. However given the flood and all of the city parish vehicles that had to be towed, Guy's did an awesome job of towing my vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time. The dispatcher was very helpful as always and the wrecker driver was very nice and efficient. I really appreciate all the help they have given me with my problem vehicle.

Great people with great Service

Call another tow company! Guy's has poor customer service. Towed my truck to the wrong location and refused to admit or apologize, much less make things right. Keep insisting they put the truck where we requested, but we actually had to search up and down the street to find the truck at another business down the road from the address we requested and was on the invoice. Really? Don't they have GPS in tow trucks these days? And I would be making this up because??? Guy's wanted another full tow fee to move the truck to the correct address. We called another tow company who came and moved the truck for $24 less than Guy's fee. Spoke with Guy's Baton Rouge manager Jeff Smith who actually told me he could care less about customer service. I'm a professional who works in an industry where customer service and care are everything. Am really flabbergasted with the attitudes at Guy's. Thought the owner, based at the Lafayette Guy's might like to know how his employees treat customers, but he refused my calls. Guess the towing business has so much business that good customer service isn't necessary. Shame on them both. My old truck is likely to break down again. Guy's will not get my money again.

On 5-27-11 my POS truck crapped out on me and left me stranded at 1 in the morning on I10. Like some others I almost didn't call Guys because of a few bad ratings. I was pleasantly surprised. They said the wrecker would arrive within 45 minutes, and it showed up in less than 30. The driver, Ray, was clean-cut, friendly, and efficient. He got the truck loaded up in a jiffy and got me home. Overall it was well worth the money spent. Of course I hope not to break down like that again, but if I do I will call Guy's. Also, if you read the negative reviews most of them are from maladjusted malcontents who got their cars towed because they were illegally parked. It's not Guy's fault you got your cars hauled away, it was yours. So shut up. Thanks, Guy's!

I was pleased enough to take the time to come back to this listing just to write a review. Each person I came in contact with at Guy's Towing were true professionals. Be assured they will get the job done now, at a reasonable price, while keeping safety in focus.
