Fit me in same day. Dryer was driving everyone crazy with squeaking. I remembered I'd used him over ten years ago, and called. Was told he was booked until tomorrow. I said No Prob. But three hours later Mr. Hoang called and asked if he could come over in 15 minutes. An hour later, he was finished. No more squeaking!

My dryer went out on a Sunday and he was kind enough to show up within 30 minutes from when i called (and left a message with his wife) AND it took him no time to get it going again!

Called summer of 2010 to have fridge repaired as it wasn't keeping food cold and water was leaking from under it. He put in a new computer board for $230.00. I went on a trip and when I got home found that I lost all my freezer and fridge food. I called him again and he came out and put in another board for $160. (he wanted $200.). 5 weeks later I noticed the same problem. Called him again...3rd time. He tore the fridge apart and threw racks on the counter and broke dishes. Said he didn't know what was wrong and didn't want to refund my money. I had to kick him out. He is only taking advantage of an old lady. Call AAA aplliance repair if you want it done right.
