THIS COMPANY IS GREEDY AND PATHETIC!!! This is BY FAR the rudest man I have ever dealt with! My brother died after driving into a creek near Cascade. H&H tried to pull the truck out in high water and ended up just rolling the truck down the river. After waiting 8 weeks for the water to go down H&H said they would call and let us know when they pulled the truck out. Instead of calling us, he just pulled the truck out and let it sit in storage so he could rack up hugh storage fees!!! Hateful and rude to my whole family!

On September 2, 2013 my father and step mother were driving along HWY 55 just past Cascade when my fathers camp trailer started to fish tail. Unfortunately, my father was unable to get the camp trailer and truck back in control and they ended up flipping along side the HWY. Responders had to cut the top of the truck off to get my step mom, and because of her injuries they had to life flight her back to Boise. When I got to Cascade my father said he had forgot his heart medication. Matt the truck driver called my father and told him he had 5 minutes to get back to the towing place because Matt having previous dinner date plans. The nurse at the Cascade Hospital called Matt, he refused to stay or wait for my father. I then called Matt, explained the situation, and he said "Sorry, I have previous dinner plans and I close at 5" I have never in my life been so disgusted with another humans behavior as I was right then..unbelievable.
