Hi, My name is Hanna. I am Fear Free Certified professional and member of the Pet Professionals guild with over three years of professional pet care experience. I believe that pets are a part of our family and should be treated as such, but just like every child has their own needs so do our pets. I love sharing my knowledge with with owners, and helping them better understand the social and emotional needs of their pets. In addition to training I am also a student in the Medaille Rochester vet tech program and am due to take the VTNE later this year. Afterwards I plan to continue my education by becoming a veterinary technician behavior specialist.
