I''ve been going for about 10 years. I can now sit in the chair and not have to worry if my hair is going to turn out OK. I trust Jackie (the owner and my stylist) will do a great job, and I am usually very pleased. If there's something I don't like, she will fix (even if it's the following day or so). She has time for her clients, it's a very relaxed shop -- no loud music! -- and excellent prices.
