Needed my carpets cleaned in a hurry because my furniture was coming and I only had short time before it arrived. Plus I was coming from a long distance and only had 0ne more chance toget it done. Scott was the technician doing the floors and he was very fast ,thorough,and efficient. He also gave me some good tips on keeping my carpets clean in between professional cleanings. I thank you so much!

The job was scheduled within 2 days of my phone call, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They even moved my living room furniture at no extra charge. I truly thought I would be replacing the carpet throughout the house after a bad tenant, but Halls carpet care got the carpets like new again! I recommend them to everyone, and will certainly use them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned in Wildwood, NJ.

This appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, over the telephone with the manager, Gene. This was not our permanent address, we drove over 150 miles, moved furniture and no one showed up. Our families day was ruined. We called numerous times, and to this day there has been no return call, not even to explain what happened. The advertising says "satisfaction guaranteed" and "the manager personnaly overseas all jobs". That is false advertising, as I made the appointment with the manager. Stay Away!! No one needs service like that. There are plenty of carpet cleaners around. I never wrote a review before, but had to do this. I am still in shock, that they have not called to explain, all I get is an answering machine!!!!
