Stopped in to buy a new furnace for my garage the staff was very helpful and polite when the furnace came in the box was damaged they went out of there way to open and check the unit before he called and realized it was set up for the wrong fuel type again went out of there way to install the new parts to convert it to propane great customer service I will definitely be doing business in the future

Customer Service is a joke. Service representative couldn't light pilot ( I did). Office personnel should be fired and not leave their home without helmet and proper supervision.

Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. Anytime I have needed extra time to pay for my propane they have always been understanding and I appreciate the many years of service they have given me now at multiple houses.

BAD BAD customer service! I have been wth this company over 9 years and when I had a double mastectomy my husband tried helping out by paying the bills for me. He ACCIDENTLY bounced a check to Hamillton Propane, which of corse we turned around and paid in cash with fees attacehed. Well Lisa at he Otisville office not so politley told me they wont let me pay by check anymore. So I called the main office in which Lisa was already on the phone with Glenda in billing. I spoke with Roberta in billing and she said she would call me back when she was done talking with Glenda and when she did she told me they have received a lot of bad checks lately and its not fare that they have to chase people around to get paid. I asked to talk to the owner or president ect..... (Darlene, Robert, Barbra Kratt) but she said they dont come in any more. So I asked to speake to her supervisor or who ever is in charge now and she said she was and thats whats she gets paid for and there was no one else to talk to. Propane is very exspensive and you need it to heat your home. So after 9 years of service Im taking my business to a company who will respect me and treat me like an INDIVIDUAL! I told them I would go else where and they didnt care, I guess I wasnt a customer worth keeping.
