We needed the engine replaced in our car and we trailered it to Billings from WY. They were fast, courteous and
the lowest price from Rapid City to Billings! We would go there again in a heart beat and have referred them to many.

On 11/12/11 I broke down in my tractor-trailer coming into Billings, Mt. My company called Hanser's to tow my truck and pull my loaded trailer to a local shop. They sent a tow truck and a tractor to hook up to my trailer to pull it as well. The two drivers took more than 3 hours to hook my truck up and most of the time they were yelling at the top of their lungs and swearing at each other. Among other mechanical problems, my transmission was leaking air and would no longer split to the low side. Because the air leaked and my truck wouldn't run my air tanks emptied. I explained this to the drivers and in trying to hook their air line to an air tank under my hood, they actually hooked it to a fuel tank and thick gray smoke billowed from my motor. The drivers were unprofessional at the least, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I asked my company to add them to our 'DO NOT USE' list.

While traveling thru Montana in our motorhome we had the unfortunate experience of blowing a front tire on the freeway. I contacted 911 and within minutes I received a phone call from John Counter of Hansers, advising me that he woule be enroute shortly. Upon his arrival he could not have been a nicer person. He quickly went about the business of changing the tire, very friendly and helpful. After changing the tire he directed me to a tire store in Billings where thay could help replace my spare and we were underway. If I lived in the Billings area I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks John!!
