This company does not follow a schedule. They set a specific time when they will be at your place of residence to set up, however, they showed up at the wrong time. Usually when these events are planned, they are planned for a specific event that entails running additional errands for other parts f the event. In my case, Happy Bouncy showed up 3 hours early, unannounced, did not call and simply found the closest person to sign the contract, set-up and left. I Was out running errands for the event and had schedule Happy Bouncy to deliver at the time when I had no other errands going on at the moment. When I called the company, the receptionist did not see the problem and seeing that she would not understand, we hung up and left it at that. Hours later, DURING the party, the owner of Happy Bouncy calls me and starts to argue and yell at me, again not understanding what the problem was when having just anyone sign the contract that had no knowledge of the event nor the event items ordered or that they had not maintained their agreement to the contractual agreed upon time. The owner was unprofessional and looked not to even listen tot he situation. Additionally, the individuals delivering the bounce castle was the wrong one. Furthermore, I also ordered 3 tables and 24 chairs, all which were completely disgusting, dirty and had prior food and liquid stains on them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!
