I have used this company for both regular biweekly cleanings to prepare for company for the holidays. They use a checklist so they don't miss any areas. I also like it that they background check their staff.

Happy Client Cleaning Service is a top notch company. They arrived on time and finished the cleaning job in the estimated time specified.

I was very pleased with their work. It was a team of three, and they were all very nice, and very professional. My house sparkles and looks and smells cleaner than it ever was before.

I have found it is a chore to find a good cleaning person through the years. You can search for maid services online or ask friends, but until you meet the person assigned to your home and see the results of his/her cleaning, it is hard to feel confident. I finally found this company to clean my home in Franklin. The name of this company is fitting. Their goal is to make each client happy. I was happy with the first cleaning, the second, and now the 15th. They are thorough and don't cut corners. I am happy to recommend them.

I have had both friends and family use this service and they all rate it an A++. The cleaning techs seem to really care about their work and are very careful with your belongings and their "to do" list.

I look for cleaning companies on referral. This company came highly recommended. They work off a list and are quite thorough. Did I mention how affordable they are? I get services twice per month.

I knew I must have found an excellent cleaning company when I notice I was sharing the news and referring them to friends and family. This cleaning company is meticulous and works off a list so that everything gets done. They also seek feedback and make any adjustments based on your preferences. They are very respectful of my home and have never been unprofessional. They simply clean and clean well.

We have been using the cleaning service of Tonya and Marc for over 5 years and they have consistently provided excellent service. We had a person who had previously cleaned for us for years and grew-up, got married and moved which left us in the need for cleaning services. We initially found some other providers and were very displeased with the results, lack of professionalism and overall experience. We have an English Bulldog; named Sadie. She is very much a part of our family and plays a part in our decision who we trust to come into our home. When Tonya and Marc came for the initial visit they immediately established a relationship with Sadie--our dog. Now Sadie becomes very excited when Marc and Tonya come to our home as she knows her "friends" are coming to play. Whenever life has thrown a curve ball of illness, car trouble or family needs they have always notified us as quickly as possible and have even made alternative arrangements for our home to be cleaned. They have always gone above and beyond to be accommodating on scheduling issues such as holidays, special events or when I wanted something extra done. When I have noted anything which I wanted done differently, thought they missed or simply did not meet my standards, all I needed to do was to communicate this to Tonya and Marc and things would be done to my satisfaction. I know I can count on them to get the job done and this means a great deal to me personally.

Despite my best intentions, there are several aspects of household chores I just never “get to.” As a result, the cleaning I do manage to accomplish leaves me with very little reward. I might get to the bathroom counters, but the floors? I can stay on top of the clutter, but dust?



Then I found out about Happy Client Cleaning Service. Tonya Seitzman listened to my shortcomings and validated my frustrations. She shared what she knows about today’s two-income families and the unrealistic expectations we still place on ourselves. Then she informed me that we could work together to customize my personal housekeeping needs.



As I said, I can stay on top of clutter. It’s an ongoing process, yes, but I am good at it. My husband also does his own laundry, and toilets. We take turns with the dishes. That leaves floors, fans, dusting, vacuuming, baseboards, cabinet facings, to name a few… all the things we never get to and some we never even think about.



My only concern then was the cost. But I was viewing the service from my own lens of how long it would take me. She explained that since this is what she does for a living, she has a system down that is fast and efficient.



So we set up a monthly plan.



After a day at the office, then a couple of hours as a tutor, I drove home exhausted, thinking of the evening agenda. Then I remembered Tonya had come that day. I was headed to a clean house. I felt energy come in and even enjoyed cooking that night.



Over the next few days I kept noticing things she had done. Baseboards in the toilet closet. A shiny mirror hanging over my mantle. The edges of the stairs! My house even felt bigger.



After two visits from Happy Client Cleaning Service, I am happy to say my house has been promoted to “regular maintenance.”
