Since 2002 we have called on Hardy Heating (Wasilla, Alaska) to do several jobs for us. In the past they have always been honest, prompt, and friendly. Things sure have changed!!! We recently had our garage heater stop working. We called Hardy Heating for repair. The person on the phone informed us they were busy but would have a service technician call us back. Three days later and still no call. I called Hardy Heating back and tried to schedule another appointment. Once again, the receptionist informed me that all technicians were busy but she would have someone call me A.S.A.P.!!! She also apologized for someone not calling me back on the previous service call. She informed me she would make sure I was a priority. All good stuff right??? It's now been an additional two weeks and still no call. We called them today and they informed us they are 3 weeks backed up and no longer will be taking additional customers until they can free up more time. Time to find a new heating company for all my future business!!
