My refrigerator cooling repair was misdiagnosed by 1rst technician at a cost of $310 for part aND labor. My appliance's cooling failed again.A more experienced technician accurately diagnosed it quickly for $99. I still had to pay for the $274.95 part that did not fix the problem. The manager refused to respond to my requests to discuss my dissatisfaction. Very disappointing for someone wHo has used this service before. I will not use this service again.

We bought a used washer and dryer and as the one of them was being hooked up, on that first day, it was broken and had to be taken back in and replaced. Then a few months later now and both of them are on the blink. I would not use them again.
