This is the martial art called Kajukenbo. It started in Hawaii by Sijo Emperado, and I teach his method (which there are a few different flavors of it). It is more than the average martial art, it is more street, so when you are out on the street you know how to protect yourself. What you will learn here is Self-Defense, weight loss, discipline, strength, and all while having fun!!
