VERY POOR SERVICE!!! DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!



They came out, looked at it, and said to call them back the next day after calling power company to disconnect service. I did, and they DID NOT CALL BACK after repeated messages. They picked up and hung up on me twice! I finally got in touch with them on the second day and was told they didn't have time to fix my problem - it would cost about $7500 and take 60 DAYS!! They left the panel box apart, and two outlets out of the wall. So I went an additional 3 days without power, had to throw out a lot of food from the freezer, and was going to have to now pay someone else to fix what they left undone. My neighbor learned we were still without power and came over to look at it. Turns out it was a loose ground wire and only took a few turns of a screwdriver and less than 5 minutes to fix!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
