Probably one of the most unprofessional and rude companies I've ever seen or dealt with. We literally called for them at 6:45am and they didn't show up to tow us until after 9am. Once he got there he had a attitude for the duration of the trip. Then once we got to the destination shop we asked for the car to at least be dropped around back but he said nah imma just drop it right here they'll move it. Long story short they didn't move it and we had to push the car all the way around back and up a hill into the bay for the work to be done. Simply non existent customer service and they should have their AAA contract revoked since they lie about times and don't arrive on time.

If I could give no stars I would the attitude of the owner is unreal rude and narcissistic not a person that folks want helping them in situations attitude is everything

If I could I would leave no stars. Absolute worst towing experience ever. On top of that, tow truck driver passed a truck illegally and almost hit another car head on while towing. Just disgraceful

My sister and husband were in an accident. Vehicle was towed there and both were taken to the hospital without being able to get there keys or belongings. When they are released they will not have clothes because they were cut off. The owner CINDY had no compassion and would not allow us to get their keys so they can go home.



If I were you and you're in an accident make SURE that Hefner Towing does not tow your vehicle!!!

Horrible service. Woman at the front desk is incredibly rude. Has no crass or common curtesy. The female owner is as rude and unprofessional as her employees. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company, it's not worth the hassle of dealing with either of these two women.

Ms Heafner who claims to be the owner of the company is obviously ignorant and can not answer simple questions and then when asked again has a different answer leads me to believe that she must be a complete liar. She has no class, respect, common sense or even the slightest amount of business knowledge. How are they still in business???
