Provided by YP.comHad to cancel my Covered California Kaiser coverage due to put on Medi care. Requested 4 times to have Marc remove me from Kaiser plan. He did not remove me until 6 days after cut off. I will have to pay back assistance premium for Kaiser due to being double covered under 2 government assisted programs. Marc had 6 months to fix it and did nothing but lie to me. He is as unprofessional as a person can be. He should not be allowed to sell or advise anything. Went to his boss Larry and zero results. Will take my concern to media when I get fined by IRS for all to see.
