Responded the same day and delivered friendly service in regards to our needs. George has done enough work out our way we didn't have to give him directions.

I called and asked for service for a fridge and after making the appointment called back and said that I wanted him to check a washer also. He agreed immediately. He gave me a time, was prompt and on time and very patient with my questions as well as fixing both my problems with one visit. I found his charges to be very reasonable and found him to be very knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Heard wholeheartedly!!

I was having trouble finding information about something with my gas stove. Finally I called Heard up and asked him. He took the time to explain to me what I needed and where I could get it. Thank you.

I was sure that my dryer had a bad heating element so I changed it myself. Still no luck. So I called George Heard and he came that day, found the problem (bad relay), ran into town to get the part and had us back up and running. Don t try to fix it yourself. Call George!
