Provided by YP.comWe recently used Heartland for a trip to CO. with our high school band. My interactions with Heartland by phone and email were always kind and helpful. Our driver for the trip, Dave, was magnificent. The bus was clean, they provided water and Dave was willing to make arrangements for any activity we needed to attend. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about our trip. Thank you.

Provided by YPmobileI have to give heartland Trailways 0 star wish I could go negative but that's not possible. The reason being for this bad review our school recently used Heartland Trailways as a charter to go to Washington DC. On the return trip the weather called for a snowstorm to dump multiple inches of snow the owner of the company willingly knew this and dispatched is buses home even though several busses had been stopped and warned that the conditions on the highway were treacherous and there are many wrecks. Which ultimately resulted in my wife and child being stuck on a highway for more than 24 hours. I personally called the owner of Heartland Trailways and asked why the buses have been sent into the snowstorm. When I asked him about safety on his charter line he then took a political stance and began to say he had no comment when I asked him other questions it was the same he had no comment I thanked him greatly wished him a great day. But not once during our conversation did he ever say he was sorry I guess that would have shown that he did make a mistake if he would have said sorry.
