My air conditioning was working fine, but I felt it would be a good idea to have a tune up. So I called Any Hour. Long story short, he left late in the evening leaving a wire unconnected. Consequently my compressor froze up. I called them back the next day and was told they would send some one out but would have to charge my as an "emergency call". I called another A/ C company, they fixed it.

Incredibly overpriced!!! We paid $750 for them to install a garbage disposal and drain for a kitchen sink and a drain for a bathroom sink. After the guy left my wife turned on the dishwasher to find that he used an old fitting that leaked! I had to run out to the hardware store and buy a new fitting to fix the leak myself because they would not return our call for them to come back and fix the problem. This was Wednesday before Thanksgiving, they finally returned the call the next Monday. Any hour my butt!!!! I will never use these clowns again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague!!!!

Had Any Hour tech come tune-up & check my furnace. Loved that they showed up on time, gave me a call from dispatch to tell me when to expect them (so I wasn't sitting waiting for hours on end). Clean cut, friendly, informative & not pushy (big plus). Would use them again for any of their services & highly recommend them!

I have use Any Hour many times over the last 6 years. They seem to always have great people to come out no matter what I have needed done at my home.

I have used Any Hour more than 5 times for over the last few years. They have been great to work with, They always explain things so well and have affordable prices. I will continue to call them when I have problems that they can help me with.

As my title reads, I am still in shock over the price we paid to have our furnace repaired. I know the parts were $101.00 + tax, and they charged us $967.00!! After they left, I called 2 different reputable companies that quoted us less than half of the price they charged us. I did not tell them that we had the service performed, just asked about the parts and labor it would take to make the repair. I would NEVER consider using this company again!!

Any Hour charged 3 times as much as the other plumbers to install a pressure reducing valve. I'm surprised they get any business.

THEY CHARGED US $59 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC.

Had a light controlled by two 3 way and one 4 way switch. The light switches wpuld work sometimes but not always. Chris was able to check for continuity and tightened all of the connections. These actions plus installing a new 4 way and 3 way solved the problem. He went about his work in a professional manner and explained what he was doing as he went along.

I will never use this company again. They quoted me $1100 to replace a transformer on our furnace & replace a "leaky gas valve". Then they tried to sell us a $4800 furnace stating that it wasn't worth it to do the repairs on our existing one which is 14 years old. The next guy who came out fixed the gas leak by tightening a bolt and replaced our transformer all for a grand total of $40. I would never trust a quote from these guys.

This company appeared to be great...until it came time for billing. They were very accommodating of my schedule and had a very knowledgeable technician come to my home to do plumbing work. I approved $480.00 of work but when I checked my credit card statement, I was billed for nearly $700.00!!! When I called the company to question this they referred me to look at my invoice...I never received an invoice! I called again and was referred to speak with Brett who handles billing issues. I called Brett daily for 2 weeks, leaving messages every time, and finally got a hold of him. He did not have the information for my account available and promised he would call back the next day. It is now 3 weeks later, I have called the company a couple more times and still haven't heard from them. This company is not ethical in their billing practices and their prices are very high to begin with. They don't care if they are ripping people off. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever!

I have had 2 experiences with this company 1st- AC Tune up what a scam I had the guy come out and he really didn't tune anything up or check for anything that was really important. He gives me an estimate for $550 for things that didn't even need to be fixed. How do i know they didn't need to be fixed I had two other companies come out and verify if the service needed to be preformed and they both said no!!!! They both said that he was just looking for my money 2nd and the only reason I i let these guys into my house is i hadnt had the other companies out yet from complaint #1. I got a quote to have a panel box installed in my basement While they are there they say you really should have a whole home surge protector with your home and because of the area you live in. I tell them no... they ask again I tell them no again... then they ask again and gave me the feeling that they wouldn't leave with out me have them install something. I feel like i over paid by $150 dollars for this thing they had it installed in 5 Min I looked online and I can get the surge protector for $55 that means they charged me $160 dollars for Labor thats terrible for 5 minutes worth of work I will never call them again

Seriously? Don't call these guys because you got a value pak coupon, what a scam...After Anyhour's 900 dollar estimate we let the next guy fix our swamp for $75. Don't fall for this tiered pricing and customer satisfacion bull... these guys just want your $$$.Our blond haired, blue eyed techinician told me he was from Springville and had * years experience... Typical Utah County FRAUD.

I was very impressed on Anyhour Plumbing. The service man was excellent and completed his job in a professional manner. He even showed me how to take the plug apart from the tub and clean out all of our daughters long hair..... Thank you for being so professional!

We made soup. Disgusting, thick, slimy, smelly soup. It seemed like a great idea at the time to flush it down the toilet since we don't have a garbage disposal and it's too liquid to throw in the trash. Except it didn't flush. Thank you, Any Hour, for responding quickly, having a great price, and not laughing too hard. We'll change our recipe and invite you back for dinner!

It was a Saturday and my father and I were working on a garbage disposer and blew out a fuse even though we had shut off the electrical. Things that we loved about the service:1) Scott came early. We've been through the waiting for the repair guy thing before and were pleasantly surprised when he showed up well before it was dark outside.2) A small but important thing: Scott put on booties so as to not soil our carpet - we've had repair guys in the past who were great, but the grease and other stains that they tracked in our carpet - not so great.3) Scott educated us about how our condo complex was wired, what the code regulations were and where we stood as far as compliance with code. He also explained what the difference was between different makers of different circuit breakers .4) Scott worked hard to get us a fair price on all the parts and was even happy to help us replace wall outlets with GFI units to make them safe.I will recommend Scott to anybody.
