Wish I could give a negative rating. I lived there 4+ years, which was 4 years to long. Tried getting out but due to a divorce it took time to get credit straightened out. After signing all the papers to move in it was then said "NOW we'll give you these papers that show the increase in lot rent. How you have to paint the trailer and put new skirting up, etc".



I've complained about it to no avail. It fell on deaf ears. When finally moving out, gave plenty of notice and never received any lot rent card, yet other brochures from them were forwarded to my new address only to receive a certified letter and the same letter in regular mail saying I owed $xxx. when we weren't even there. It'll be said that I still have to pay, but why should I pay for trash pick-up, having a dog, electric, water, sewage, etc on the lot rent card when no one is even there to use it, so they just pile whatever amount they want on the card?!?

DEFINITELY do NOT recommend either of their parks. Crooks!
