I used Heritage photography on 8/23/08 to photograph my wedding. I am extremely disappointed because I still have not received the credit of pictures that I have been asking for (I was told there would be a link sent to me via email, but it never came) it has been over a year since the event and I have not received my actual pictures; I have many friends that have been married since my wedding and they have long since received their albums from their photographers. Also, I would like to mention that even though when the contract was signed we were told that we would have two photographers I was called to be told that there would only be one at the wedding. I was told that we would be given more time since we were short a photographer however an hour before the wedding was over the one photographer wanted to leave. I was forced to end my reception 30 minutes early to accommodate the photographer. The only thing I have received in the 2 years since my wedding are a set of proof that still took 6 months to get. It is almost impossible to actually get in touch with this photographer it takes almost 3 to 4 calls or emails to get the slightest response from him.
